Birmingham Airport/Hotel/Parking

Hi All

Booked a cruise and flying from Birmingham on the 7th July around 06:00am so am driving to Birmingham from work in South Wales at around 5pm and am looking for:

Hotel near the airport
Parking at the airport

I've had a quick look at Travelodge 3 miles away is £39 - havent searched for parking yet.

Anyone know of any better deals and good parking??

The Novotel (which is right at the airport - you just fall out of bed and toddle across the road) often has good park and stay rates. Try abcholidayextras for them.

Parking is off airport though

i have just got a weeks parking at birmingham air port for 21.00.
go to purple parking...
make sure you use a cash back site aswell ( quidco) etc

yes parking is cheaper than hotels usually, is there an etap one at airport
i had a good cde i used before but not sure whats about now...
last time i went remember they were advertising a few cheap rates at the hotels there, i live here so no good to me:rolleyes:
edit etap is 35 for that date and at actual airport. x

I tried to use topcashback for Purple Parking along with a discount code, but the cashback got rejected. It would appear that it is PP's policy not to pay out for cashback if you have used a discount code.

Still, £21 for a week's Heathrow parking was still great. The extra £3 would have been just the icing on the cake.

Right well i've gone for a £59 deal - it was pitched as a 4* hotel with up to 15 days parking at the hotel which was no more than 1 mile from the airport.

We did it and the hotel is the Crown Plaza, 15 nights parking, and free airport transfers so not bad me thinks.
