I've just tried getting a quote from Tescos for a cat and it makes no mention of Level Three Cover so i suspect they don't offer it0
-
then why mention it in there terms?? Or is that just to explain the different types out thereEmma
Aug GC - £88.17/£130
NSD - target 18 days, so far 5!!0 -
I think they are trying to be fair and explain the different covers that are available on the market, it would be helpful if they pointed out to customers which one they offer0

Just to let you know guys, Halifax have changed underwriter
and are now underwritten by Agria International which has raised the excess to £100 (doubled). The premium has also increased by 25% for one of my dogs with them

My OH recently went through the insurers and he settled on Argos for our 2 year old cat, he said their terms were good but reading this I'm really hoping he hasn't misunderstood! They came in at £52 for the year + £20 cashback on Quidco.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
Debt September 20th 2022 £2991.68- 96.92% paid off0 -
Dinah, unless argos have changed recently there plan was not a full life one. Have a look on their site - the details should be on there.0

I just checked on argos, it looks like you have the gold policy. Im afraid its not for life none of their policies are. They all have a pay out limit - in the gold policys case the limit is £4k.0

Surely it's unlikely costs would be more than £4000 in a year though?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Hopefully not - but its not just in a year you have to worry about, thats the max on that condition - after 12 months that condition is no longer included.
Cover Level Gold Vet Fees (£60 excess)
Treatment Period 12 months up to £4,000*
* Ongoing cover is limited to 12 months after the incident0
