wouldnt let me do my cbt

hi people, today i turned up to do my cbt for my bike had all my details apart from my insurance letter, so i brought one sayin that its going to renew after the 23 june, the guy wouldnt let me take it, i payed the 90 pounds last week, but all he had to do was ring them, have i lost this money now?

Yes you have lost this money
You were required to bring an insurance certificate and failed to do so. A renewal means nothing as you could have since cancelled and thats why you would have no certificate.0 -

He didn't HAVE to anything, YOU HAD to take your insurance document...
Sorry, but it serves you right...If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands
