    Evening Flyladies,

Well think my strategy could be working, whilst not seen a huge difference in the kitchen, I have so far cleaned inside and outside of 2.5 cupboards, including cleaning all dishes/glasses and throwing out any out-of-date food (ashamed to say quite a bit, really need to use stuff up or not buy as much)!

Taken me just over 2 hours however it shouldn't need done for ages. Only 6.5 cupboards to go then it's the dreaded cooker! Fridge only a couple of months old, so won't be too bad to clean! Gonna have a wee glass of vino then head to bed, I am pooped.

    Nite everyone x

    Evening folks,

Im tired, very very tired. Have done lots of flying. did lots of ironing last night and got the pile down to one managable basket.

But had a load of washing out first thing this morning, put another wash on, then took littley to school, put the car in for its MOT, walked home....

and then have collapsed into bed in a heap with my laptop.

Goodness me, I actually nearly collapsed from exhaustion just READING all that! well done you! (makes my efforts today look a bit shabby!!:rotfl:)

Are you sure you can't use it up? Most 'out of date' stuff is usually perfectly OK to eat. Can you work out what might be salvageable and plan to eat it over the next few days. It should save you a bit... after that, maybe you need to join either the grocery challenge or mealplan threads... or both ;)

Well done on your kitchen blitz. Feel free to come round when you've finished your place :D

Thank you for listening. I feel better for that......

Seems the sale has fallen through for the flat DS and DiL wanted to buy - not only because of their survey, but because someone's come in with an offer a couple of grand over the original asking price. Methinks it's possibly the developer wanting to buy the whole block then knock the damn thing down to build higher density stuff...

They are now arguing because she's set up a viewing for somewhere tomorrow and sent a text that he read literally rather than through the lines. A case of flat communication with the best of intentions I think.

Please, all, send me "I will be patient and not poke my nose in vibes"

Off to try and concentrate on the end of Silent Witness....
