Morning All
FeeFee - glad you sound a bit chirpier, honestly you can pm me anytime
Valli - that woman is seriously freaky, freaky, scary!!!
Soappie - as an estate agent speaking, get him to take in valuation report, get free quotes from damp companies etc done and then he can show EA how much it will all cost. This normally will bring the vendor round to re-negotiating as they will always have these issues come up on a survey
Have this morning:
wm on
washing pegged out
bleached dishcloth
bleached loos
bins emptied
recycling bins out too
washed inside of bins in house
s/s kitchen
painted toenails - all chipped which doesn't look good when wearing sandals!
showered/hair washed
I'm now at work with a serious case of CBA! In fact me and work colleague are arguing about who should go off sick (neither of us are) , I'm winning as I'm going to get the worlds first case of 'snake flu', which will dumbfound the medical world!!!!!

Soappie - we got an under value survey on this place which named essential works and retentions. Took it to the estate agents, along with quotes for the essential works and agreed to split the bill in the form of cashback. They will have the same problem with anyone else who wants to buy it so they may be reasonable.carlsberggal wrote: »Morning All

well...I did a HHC and managed to put washing on line, sort washing from yesterday, hoover the utility and kitchen floor and mop the utility room. Not a lot, but it's a start I guess. Going to try another one and see what I achieve.0

hi everyone
I have tried to do more flying but as i have had to 'remove' what seems like tons of stuff from my Mum's I feel like I am sinking fast and the house looks like a tip.
I have been off work yesterday and today but spent most of yesterday at GP and hospital with a painful hip and leg - appears to be inflamation so now taking loads of painkillers and anti-inflamatories that are making me even more sleepy.
Have today at home then off to Mum's to try and clear more stuff before they move house.
Sorry to winge but needed to tell someone - only have grumpy teenagers here that are actually still in bed asleep! I am going to get some lunch now as I didn't have breakfast and missed tea yesterday as at A&E so I am a trifle hungry now!
Thanks for 'listening' - feel better now!
