Well I've decluttered my 100 plus things by depositing them at the charity shop.;):D

Mmmmm not very impressed with the extremely huffy staff member who firstly glared at me disapprovingly when I asked for a bit of help unloading the car,, she told me in no uncertain terms 'that we're not fully staffed today'........:silenced:

Anyway the other staff member came out to help, we're talking 5 large boxes, 3 large bin bags, some plastic storage boxes and a large ikea bag.

As I was struggling in with some of the stuff the dragon (who was now nose deep in a book) glanced at me -expression- like a cat licking p!ss off a thistle....anyway I asked if I could leave my bag by the counter as I couldn't carry that and the boxes in, cue glare and 'I suppose'!!!

What a numpty **** (add your own swear word).

When I left she didn't even say thank you.

I will NOT be donating to that particular shop anymore, so there.:naughty:

absolutely DISGUSTED by this!! I used to do a bit of (smashy voice) "charity work" for PDSA shop in town, we always said thank you and were grateful for what was donated! To be fair a lot wasn't great, but you never know when a little gem will come in the donations, and at least people are caring enough to donate!
Might be worth reporting her to head office, esp if you mention you won't be dontating to them again! Might make YOU feel better at least!!
