EXCELLENT ffp I spoke to OH about us quitting and he, in his usual style said "lets do it now!".:eek: We've been discussing it for a few weeks.
he wants to start from tomorrow morning. I think Im almost ready. Can't say Ive had a ciggie today that Ive "needed" or really wanted. I think we'll have a chat about it tonight when he finishes work @ midnight and see what we decide.:eek:

Bellshill? I have a (one of many) ex husband who was born in Bellshill. His parents lived in Uddingston. Went there a few times in my younger days. We used to go to a club in Hamilton called Memory Lane!

Well the afternoon has passed with no actvitiy from me or the kids - DS informed me that he has been told that he can go to uni this year instead of having to do A levels next year.

We have spent what seems like hours trawling the UCAS site and uni sites to find a course that he can do - can you tell that he is desparate to move away from home?

We found a 2 year course at Sheffield Hallam in Multimedia Technologies that can then lead onto a BA. He needs to find out some more tomorrow. I have now decluttered some more pain killers for my painful hip and feel ready to start again - have to find something for tea or they may be riots in this household.

I hope this comes out but here is a picture of DD from her prom last week......

The hair took 2 and half hours at the hairdressers - normally straight!!

I was so bored waiting for her - finished my book and still we waited - but it was worth it and it lasted until the next day. She was very scared about going as she does not 'do' social things prefering to hide away at home so I was very proud of her when she said she would go.
