I'm currently having problems watching media clips online particularly with YouTube, the screen appears to be very jumpy throughout the clip, is there any way to resolve this?

This may sound like a very amateur response but how do I find this out?0

If it's a desktop PC, look on the back; if it's a laptop, look on the bottom. If it's the former but was not built by a large company such as Dell, you'll have to look inside.
Once that's out of the way, we can start talking software.
