Hey

Has anyone done this test? I have mine this week (I'm learning to drive a minibus) and can't seem to find much about it other than what'son the DSA website.

If anyone has done it, could you just give me a quick run through of what to expect.

Many thanks

Well I'll answer my own question then (in case anyone ever searches for the answer on here!) as I did the test today - and passed!

It was a 35min test where you have to point out things on the vehicle or tell the examiner how you would do things. This included:

    1. I had to show how I would position a wheelchair safely in the vehcile.
    2. Ensure seats were afe and comfortable - check seatbelts, wear and tear, cleanliness
    3. Do a daily safety check - oil, water etc, tyres
    4. What to do in an emergency - fire extinguisher, first aid kit, emergency exits
    5. How to check vehicle for presence of illegal immigrants, contraband and dodgy stuff.

The examiner was lovely and sort of guides you to the answers if your stuck!
