Can I claim again?

I read in Martin's weekly newsletter this week, something about being able to claim again if you were not given your full amount back, which was the case with two of my accounts that I successfully claimed for a couple of years back.

Shortly after that, I had some more financial troubles at the beginning of paying back our debts, when money was very tight, and the bank charged me again when we went overdrawn a few times.

Am I able to start a new claim and claim back these charges, even though I have claimed once for previous charges already (on the same bank account)?

Thanks for your help.

The answer is yes, but do you have any priority debts(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?

No we don't at the moment, we are lucky enough to have sold our property just under two years ago and are living with my parents at the moment, so our rent is a minimal £180 per month. Does that affect it at all then?

You can claim the charges since your last claim. The reason I asked was as to whether it is a financial hardship claim which it doesn't appear to be. They will acknowledge it but it won't be paid until the conclusion of the OFT test case.
