Please help debt collection on account charges

Nationwide have taken my overdraft off me ( £1700) and sent my account to a debt collection agency. is there any way i can stall them until i can get charges refunded.between my 2 accounts i am claiming £1900. Thankyou looloo x

If you have then tell the DCA that the account is in dispute and you have an acknowledgement for the total owed in bank charges0 -
