No they aren't, but I have successfully reclaimed from 2 business accounts this year, one of which had been closed for 5 years, so always worth a try, I got almost £2900 which I never thought I'd see again, good luck. I just used the template letters on the bank reclaim, as I didn't realise that business accounts weren't covered when I sent off my claim.
