Hi
I know this may be against site rules but I am reproducing a post I made but which has had no reply (it was on an old thread).
If I have done wrong, please teach me what I should have done - I can't find instructions in the FAQ.

My post: I've received a letter from "ShoppersAdvantage" offering me £40 in petrol vouchers if I apply, whether or not I join. It says I am eligible because it I'm a Credit Card Sentinel customer (was some years ago, but not now).
I received a similar offer for restaurant discounts a couple of years ago, didn't join because there were no local restaurants, and the petrol vouchers were honoured.
My questions are:
- Is it legit?
- Are the available discounts worthwhile? (£89.99 annual fee)
- Is it worth applying for the petrol vouchers even if I decide not to join
Thanks

pete

PS I can't find any internet reference to "ShoppersAdvantage" using Google etc

Why would you even consider selling your [strike]ar*e[/strike] details or confirming them to someone for something you might or might not get? It could be anyone (local police chasing you for old fines, debt collection, scammers etc etc).

    It's spam. Bin it.

I'm amazed 'a*se' is a word we're not allowed to use!

    Tx for the reality check
The £40 was paid last time (and that was associated with CC Sentinel) so I guess I was being greedy.
    "offer" now binned
