    I have just received a call from Customer services. They have cancelled my order because they do not have the tank in stock. They say they have not taken the money and are within thier rights even though they sent a confirmation email. So, no tank for me. Interesting to see if anyone does get one, good luck.

    just checked with the cashpoint, £55 still pending so they did charge the card

    They have actually taken the money out of my account!! Doesn't pending just mean that they have reserved the money but the funds have not actually left the account? Therefore, they haven't taken payment from you??

    try drawing it out. the money is reserved. I have just called up and they confirmed that payment has been taken and I will get a call from the H20 group within the next day or so to confirm delivery, so it looks like I will be getting one. Ohhh I feel all Eco now
