because B&Q are known to trawl the threads, I think until the order is cancelled/delivered on, we should refrain from making any comment/legal argument apart from "i ordered this" or "i just got this email". trust me on this one.

great bargin to be had god help anyone trying to dig the hole to fit it in!!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

BUt the bigger picture is in the bargin of £50 quid. Has anyone realised i watched a watch dog program a while back regarding water rates/charges. from this it was pointed out that the water board charge you for getting rid of rain water from your guttering etc etc. they is a special name for it. If you can prove that the natural rain water from you property isn't going down the drains then you are able to get a discount on your water bill.. I;m sure they will be some MSE on here how knows more about this. It was just a though i chucking in the discussion:beer::beer:

    I've been Money Tipped!

Oh well, for B&Q it never rains but it pours and now they have a 1100L capacity tank to collect it all in.

    Lol, great line. :T

Until it gets delivered/declined - good luck, this has been one of the strangest GRABBITS I've probably ever seen, and provided lots of fun both here and on HDUK.
Not funny for B&Q I guess - that's for them to sort.

    To the next one.

I was watching this thread with interest yesterday, looking at the dodgy B&Q diagrams and picturing how on earth I could put this in my mum's garden with minimum disruption but when it came down to it I didn't have the courage to risk it! I'm sure I will come to regret it.

Good luck to everybody with a super large hole to dig, I hope the weather holds out for you - don't want to read any headlines of a spate of inexperienced gardeners in bizarre DIY drowning accidents ;)

:rotfl:its the sort of thing that as a bargain hunter you order on principle of the huge price reduction then worry what to do with it afterwards (if it turns up) .... in a few days time i can see people all across our green and pleasant land scratching their heads at what to do with the ufo sized monstrosity delivered to their front door that they have ordered assuming there is no way b+q would honour the deal ... then its a case of grabbing the spade and digging the biggest hole youve ever dug and wishing with every shovel load that you'd never even bothered :money:

if you have the buying disease you know what i mean :rotfl:

that would have been me ....lol

u can leave it on the surface if u have a big garden and put a trellis around it.
