getting white screen after logging in

i used to use loquax (comp site) alot but since i have had zone alarm security it wont let me go past the log in stage i just get a blank screen saying done.
Thats the only new change to my pc . Its not there site as i can log on , on a friends pc dont seem to have any probs getting on any other site any1 have any ideas. please help
