in Credit cards
I seem to be having a lot of difficulty in swapping my current CC balance to a 0%. I obviously have a fairly shocking credit rating, and am living in a rented flat and am not on the electoral role. I was getting everything done based on my old address with my parents, but I dont want to put the burden on them in case anything goes wrong.
I currently owe around £1,400 on Abbey card. APR is horrific at 18%.Hence why I want to swap it over.
Does anyone have any suggestion for this situation? Am I going to be luckier once my outstanding balance has gone down a bit?
