Yes, this is like jumping up and down, waving a flag to any lender, saying you are in financial difficulty.
I disagree with you there. There could be many genuine reasons for withdrawing cash on a credit card, such as emergencies, buying something whilst waiting for incoming funds to pay it off etc.
It is no way saying your in financial difficulty. Having working in banking, withdrawing cash off a CC is not unusual.0
