Rad thermostat valve leaking at joint?

Hello,
Last october i had a new boiler fitted along with some rad thermostats...
Recently i noticed that the edging for my wood flooring has warped? just above this part is the rad thermostat, checked and where this is fitted (the join just below) is damp so this is where the water is coming from!
Just wondering if i should try getting the people out to rectify this or if it should be an easy thing to do...already checked and it seems to be connected tightly
Any help will be appreciated.....Thanks in advance

Sorry to hear about your problem. There are three different bits where the radiator valve can leak, these are:-
- The ½”tapping into the radiator itself
- The horizontal compression joint
- The vertical compression joint
