I got asked a different set of questions for this competition. The new answers are:

2) Oak

It told me I'd got 2 out of 3 right, but when I followed the link to see the correct answers, it showed me:
1) Thistle
2) Oak
3) Angiosperm
Oh, and no confirmation of entering.
