Hmm - did a search on Google and it seems their head office is actually in Canada.
Not sure why they say their "World Headquarters" no less is in a house in County Durham.

Was going to say it sounds like the Acai scam, where you cancel the original thing but are still sneakily signed up to two other 'specially selected' companies so they can continue to con you!
