It is an added incentive to save to pay them off and have great fun in cutting up the card.

To be fair though, its reasonable that they wouldnt offer you anything with those late payment. If you balance was zero, then maybe they wouldnt be so blunt so dont cut it up when you pay it off.

I think whats annoying me most if when I tried to balance transfer into the account and wouldnt let me do it because of the late payments (late not missed). What doesnt make sense for me is that when I'm trying to sort out my finances and my life they put a spanner in the works as they are afraid they'll make less money out of me. I honestly never knew they could refuse a BT if there was enough avaliable balance to cover it.
