    Dont normally weight myself but had to move the scales & thought lets see, was a worried that i may be putting weight too quickly. Thanks again feel better now

    I spent this morning catching up with all my housework, so that I could have the laziest afternoon reading my book, sprawled out on the sofa, whilst DH made my tea, bliss!
    I am going to try and take the dog for a long walk tomorrow, before cooking lunch, but don't know if I will have the energy :D
