    I feel like WonderWoman!!

Just got his CV and letter off to someone - 1 down, God, knows how many left to go!

OH has been getting loadsa phone calls from people who have found out that he's not coming back and they are all fuming and going to kick off when they all go back! Might not make a difference but it's nice that they all think so much of him :D

I'm now going to make toasted waffles, golden syrup and ice-cream.

ML - nice bump! I think it looks smaller than mine, god that sounds awful but you know what I mean!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

tarajayne... mine started early too, and while my mum was at work... paniced and used about 4 pads in an hour... mum found the evidence and came to have a talk...

my sister started a year later - but no one knew for about 6 months as she was much more clued-up and independant... !

lots of kids are starting to develop very early now... but how early realistically do you start having the 'talks'..?

oh tara, she is quite young, bless her socks. as SM said, one good thing from it is that she felt she could confide in you.

nms - yeah, aweekly reminder would be fantastic!!! :) hehe. altho, having had a looka t my notes today, i remembered that my date - 3rd aug, is the 2nd date i was given as i couldnt remember my period dates. the 1st date was 22nd july, so that has scared me. need to get my act together and get stuff sorted out!!!!!
    Carla-Farla!! :)

Tara - it's great that she could talk to you, I agree. Is that early? I swear I can't remember anymore. Poor thing - puberty is a rotten time, really. I remember when DD went through it - she cried every time you glanced at her.

I had my consultant's appointment today - and I'm supposed to go back at 37wks to see her again so they can give me an induction date. Due to the GD, they don't want me to go overdue at all. Since I usually DO go overdue, this is a wonderful thing, as far as I'm concerned!!!!

I thought my eldest was young at 12 but this is awful. What age were you? We had the talks a while ago, I remember her asking what the tampons in the trolley were for. If they ask I tell, had a very deep conversation with Ben last month about how the baby gets out and he's not 6 until next week.

My mum couldn't even bring herself to discuss periods, much less sex. She gave me some health booklet about periods and said "if you have any questions, ask" in a kind of tone that implied she hoped to god I didn't ask! And the only thing she ever said about sex was "don't do it until you're married." Not exactly easy to talk to about those kind of things.

My OH was bitten by something on tuesday. Yesterday he had a fever and was poorly. Today he has been admitted to hospital as his leg is pussing something and there are thick red track marks up his veins.

I cant take much more. After the emergency surgery and then this week I had a fall and ended up with a night in hopsital while they checked baby on saturday, then DS had a bad reaction to peanuts (which could have been worse thankfully) THEN I might have this stupid OC in pregnancy thing and my test results aren't back yet. LAST thing we needed was my OH in hospital. I can barely cope.

Really sttruggling not just physically but mentally. Can't take much more.
