However, the last week I have noticed I am slowing down a bit and feeling a lot more tired.
I think I'm going to book the 4 weeks before ML off now so that work expect me to go off then, if I stay on a bit longer then it's a bonus. It's not like anyone's going to be covering my job whilst I'm off.
this is why i'm finishing the end of july. i want to be able to relax and take things easy. not be tired all the timeML experts! Just doing some rough (early!) thinking. My new EDD is Boxing Day (which is a Saturday) and obviously Christmas is a bank holiday - so can I request my ML to start on the 28th??? B/c I was going to take previous 4 weeks (or whatever...haven't decided exact quantities) as annual leave.
It sounds technical, but every day is precious & that saves 3!
on the MATB1 form the day you start mat leave is the sunday before you are due. so if you are due boxing day your form would be filled out for sunday the 20th decPlus, how stupid is it to put someone on medication, see them a week later, disregard the fact that they are not happy on them, reduce it and say come back in 4 weeks?
Oh and know what they put in my notes? 'Feeling miserable on labitalol'. Try 'feels ill and incapable of lookiong after her own children on labitalol'. Miserable. Miserable!!! That's just bloody insulting, makes me sound like a whiney time waster!!
tia- if it was me i would go back to them next week if you are still feeling bad on those tablets i would definitely go back. my GP was very insistant with the change in my meds, if they did not agree with me i had to go back and see him
mw appt went well today, BP was great, had some ketones in my wee, but she said that might be taking the wee sample before i ate. so next week i have to eat, then collect my wee. heard babies hb, nice and strong. and measured bump and i am measuring fine so baby is growing as they should.
now off work till mon and i am doing nothing!!!'Children are not things to be moulded, but are people to be unfolded'0 -
Pfffffffffft. I got distracted by reading about perineal massage. Mentioned it to OH but clearly he's in the wrong mood because he is now wandering about shouting about how crazy it all is.
I'm going to swap him for a tub of ice cream if he doesn't shut the hell up. Maybe I'd get two tubs if I throw in the cat.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76

Sugar - my OH can't wait to get started on the perineal massage - I'm not sure when to start, I don't want to be too Stretchy!A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea
