whats happening with reclaiming

hi i filed my case for reclaiming bank charges prob about 2 yrs ago and i hear back every now and then, but i m a little worried about my case as they have all my paperwork and letters i ve sent and not sure if i ll actually win or not. i m owed £1200-£2500 in charges i have been charged. does it mean i can only claim 6 years ago from now or from when i first sent letter asking to reclaim etc????

whats happening with claims at the moment?? can i file for financial difficulties as when i made the claim i was struggle am not now but has effected my life and credit record???? what shall i do now or is it a case of waiting??

    it's july 2007(or earlier if you're case was put on hold just before the OFT test case was announced.

    It is about your circumstances now so if you aren't in financial hardship now then sit back and wait.
