IB50 gone astray in post. Help.

I got the IB 50 on May 22 and filled most of it in, then on the following Thursday I took it to Advocacy, the local mental health charity to get help with finishing it. I left it with them. On June 5 I got a letter from Advocacy saying that they had sent the form to the DWP (luckily I kept hold of this letter). Today, June 20, I got a letter from ATOS saying that they hadn't had the form and if they don't get it by July 3, my benefit will be stopped. With it being Saturday there is nothing I can do, which is so frustrating. On MOnday I will be phoning Advocacy and hopefully they can contact the DWP for me and explain, but I am still so worried about the fact that my money will be stopped on July 3. If ATOS send me a replacement form, will they give me a slightly later deadline to get it back to them by? I can't understand why the original form hasn't reached them, because although things do occasionally go missing in the post, this doesn't happen often.

Phone them to double check that the IB50 hasn't arrived. If it hasn't ask them for a new IB50, fill it in, hand it into the Job Centre later on in the week. That way your benefit should stay in payment.
