Overdraft to CC?

I have a £600 overdraft I'm paying interest on, is it possible to transfer that onto a 0% Credit card? Or can you only transfer balances from existing CC's?

I've read what i can find on this site, but can't seem to find anything that covers this.

Thanks in advance, this is all new to me!

You need a card that offers super balance transer - ie transfer to your bank account. Post Office, Egg, Virgin and MBNA all offer this service.
Got Halifax Classic to reduce my interest rate by 5% woohoo - 10/06/08 Thanks MSE!

But speaking from experience, beware Virgin/MBNA - make damned sure you stick to the agreement (ie pay at least min amount on or before the due date every month - preferably set up direct debit) as they will be horrendously expensive otherwise.
If you will the end, you must will the means.
