Morning,
I have decided today to look at claiming back overdraft fees with my bank only problem is I have a 2k overdraft with them and a personal loan with the bank and slightly worried they will expect me to pay all the overdraft back asap.
Any ideas what I should do?

claim the charges back as they cannot shut your overdraft down and the loan is a separate agreementMorning,

Thanks for the advice natweststaffmember. I will have a look at the weekend at my bank statements and compose a letter to send to the bank.0
