Print screen function...blank page?

I always used to press the 'print screen' button to save something then right click and paste into a word doc.

When I did that this morning..all I got was a blank page, but the cursor moved down as though to the end of the stuff that should have been there.

Also, when I click on the area where the print screen image should be...I get a large rectangle and the options to edit are available. So it's as if it is there but I just can't see it.

Any suggestions?

Try changing the colour of what you have pasted.
