Email Problems

Hi, wondered if anyone can help, I am having no problems with my internet but can not get into my email. A small box keeps popping up with user name in it and password, when I click ok it seems as if it is going to open my email but then an error box comes up saying it can not log into server as password or user name error.Hope someone can help ,as you can probably tell I am not very computer savvy. Thanks

Hi not quite the same problem but- when I try & respond to or create an e-mail through outlook express the following error message appears it says that outlook express needs to be re-installed, then that the address book is not installed properly. have no idea how to fix this.
many thanks in advance- I know you guys are geniuses.

If you have a specific problem it's always best to start your own thread so people can see it more easily.

Close Outlook do a search for WAB files (*.wab) and rename them to old and then try to open Outlook. It sounds like one of them has gotten corrupt see if that fixes it and Outlook will recreate the files on startup BUT it will be with no address book/emails as they are held in those files and they MAY be gone for good but give it a try
