Thanks for that Lou, I'll try and get it through my local independent shop, I'm funny like that, I prefer to give my money to them than big corporations.

Gosh, I wasn't aware that nathan was only 5 1/2 weeks older than Evie. I heard last week that a friend gave birth to her second son and he weighed 9lb 5oz and I was gutted cos Evie at 9 weeks didn't weigh anything like that!

aww cat, some babies are just smaller than others. She is gaining weight in her own way, she's obviously feeding well. Maybe she'll grow up to be one of those annoying people who can scoff their faces and stay slim.

Lily was tracking right on the 50% until this week. I haven't had her weighed in 6 weeks but she's lept up to the 75%. I think the charts are a lot of nonsense really. As long as the baby is alert, is eating well and isn't sickly I doubt there's too much to worry about.

toto - I've just had a look at the new growth charts on the rcpch website and i want Evie to use them. Where she fell below the chart on the old ones, she's still on the chart and close to the 2nd percentile line on the new ones!
