A couple of weeks ago i sent off to Capital One for my SAR and i included a £10 cheque in the post. I made sure i sent this off by recorded delivery so that they could not claim that they did not receive it. I have called a few times since then to find out if they have received it only to be told that they have not. When i said i sent it by recorded delivery they told me that it didn't matter because with Capital one it takes 5 working days for a cheque to 'clear'.
Has anyone else had problems trying to get their SAR from Capital One who are being a complete pain in the ****!!!!!

TrishUK,
I had to file a complaint with the FOS after crap one failed to send my SAR, in no more than 40 days. I received it 3rd week of April, originally applied 5th March. Then cancelled my complaint with the FOS - early May. My SAR included all credit card charges and PPI charges, aswell.0
