Scottish Power quote -too good to be true?

I've posted elsewhere my bad experience and following is an extract from the closing email from SP, which says it all.
"The details of your sales call have been sent to our Compliance Manager for Verbal sales. They have already confirmed that the call has been listened to and the Agency Manager for the Agent concerned will conduct an internal investigation to ensure the information given to you is not given to any other customers."
I think that should have said ' information given WAS not given to any other custmers'.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0 -

Only if they possess a tardis
They cannot change what has already happened ... only take appropriate action to ensure it doesn't happen in the future.
In my case SP know who the rogue agent is and have listened to our recorded conversation, so it's not rocket science to trace every recorded conversation this agent had. Doh.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0 -

If you pay sales staff on commission in any industry you will get misrepresentation at best, to deceipt at worst.0
