AMEX website

is anybody else having problems accessing their amex account online? I haven't been able to get their website to load all week, but I don't get any error messages or explanations, just a blank screen

thanks for any clarification/help/advice

    I used the UK & US site last night and worked okay.

    Try a refresh on your browser.
    These are my thoughts and no one else's, so like any public forum advice - check it out before entering into contracts or spending your hard earned cash!

    I don't know everything, however I do try to point people in the right direction but at the end of the day you can only ever help yourself!

    no joy, tried other browers, restarts, clearing cookies/temp files etc. i get as far as "transferring data from secure.americanexpress.com" and then it hangs

    problem seems specific to my machine though... hopefully figure it out soon!
