Nope Nothing here either :-/ Apparently its Parcel Line who do the deliveries.

I e-mailed customer services and the response was as follows:

Unfortunately, one of our vans carrying express delivery parcels, that were ordered on 21st December 2004, was involved in a serious accident which has resulted in a lot of deliveries being delayed. Please be assured that our couriers are working as hard as possible to try and ensure that customers receive their deliveries for Christmas.

I think this may explain some of the late deliveries, and puts my need for a christmas pudding into perspective.

My order has just arrived, and is complete apart from . . . . yes, the christmas pudding!

No mention of it on the invoice either, so I've e-mailed to voice my displeasure. >:(

I too have just received order but no pud. Have e mailed but dont expect to get it this year!!

Never mind I have saved loads on here and can live without a pud!!

Got fudge but no pud. Mo mention of it on invoice either, even though it was on the confirmation email. Rang them, they said this is happening a lot with internet orders. They said they'll send a replacement one out.
