Don't want to dampen the enthusiasm but I ordered over two weeks ago - with the free pud deal but not 10% off. Items were all in stock, they took the money straight away but I still haven't received it. I should have known after placing an order last year and never receiving my free pud.

Anyway, hope you all have more luck with your orders,

I placed an order on Tuesday and received the stuff on Wednesday without problem.

Maybe it's a problem with the carrier rather than Hawkshead...have you tried calling them to see if it's been shipped?
