Changing BT Number

Hi could someone explain how to change my phone number,and how much does it cost. Thanks.

If you are a BT (retail) customer you can call customer services 0800800150 (I think) and request a number change, I think they charge about £30
If the renumber is because of nuisance calls, they can renumber for free but they wont offer that straight off, but get you to try other things first0 -
It is actually free in any cicumstances provided you are a residential customer, so whether its by choice or because of something like nuisance calls there will be no fee
