Mobile Phone Issue.

My Nokia 6320i has stopped making a noise when it rings etc, is there any way to resolve this issue?

I have the volume turned up and the profile is set to 'Outdoor' however when I get an incoming call or text message all the phone does is vibrate.

Sorry, not sure this will help, but have you tried other profiles, or have you tried to "personalise" the Outdoor profile, as you can check that the volume setting is correct there?

sounds like the internal speaker may have given up and might need to be replaced

Perhaps you have pressed and held a button which changes it automatically to quiet mode - on mine which is a Samsung this is press and hold the # key - try pressing and holding this key or another to deactivate quiet mode. Hope this helps

I would also try changing the ringtone to something else, see if that solves it.

Hi Guys

I tried the suggestions you mentioned with the exception of changing the speaker to no avail., I noticed that when I hit one of the keys I can here the standard 'beep' noise but that is the only noise that comes from the phone now.
