the majority of creditors now request 25p in the £ as a minimum dividend, with some creditors only accepting 40p or more (such as Marks & Spencers) this is why some IVA's go through at certain dividends while others dont...but your ability to repay is the most important factor, creditors will not allow you to pay only 25p in the £ if you can clearly afford to pay more.0

When I started in the army my take home pay was £650pm, my IVA payments were £300pm; my IVA was setup to pay 25p in £.
I would be interested to hear how this makes me lazy.0 -
