Mandy.com doesn't have the best jobs - a lot are unpaid jobs for independent films. For TV/Film jobs you're better off an a subscription based website like Productionbase or headhunt (I find productionbase better personally). For techy roles it's better to go to Broadcast.

Time mainly. It is not time efficient trawling through various company websites if you don't know whether or not they advertise elsewhere.
