have had help before with this so thanks all that did,still have not taken action yet but with fathers day approaching can i ask how long do you get to challenge a will? feeling strong enough to deal with the situation now that being me an execetor along with sister and brother but sister doing the dirty involving all the money involved

I couldnt read and run Sorry for your troubles its all very sad when someone dies and there is upset over the will we are having problems with my OHs inheritance and are due in court over it in a few weeks please think long and hard as we have found it very long and expensive to deal with such matters this has been going on for 3 years and is still continuing with overpayments and underpayments from the executors . It has also destroyed any chance of healing a rift between my OH and his family

thanks all relations have ceased with my sister and her family but i can't afford a legal battle but i need to know how long i've got dad died in january
