Freeview/HD advise

We have a Digifusion FVRT200 which we're happy with but are noticing that recordings in SP mode are sometimes of really bad quality even though the "live" freeview picture is fine?! We've just checked by watching live (it was perfect) and recording at the same time and the recording was rubbish.
Is this a problem with our machine or the Digifusion machines?

Thanks

  • It's simply a question of memory. The higher the compression means you can record more but the image quality is compromised. Check your settings via your menu/setup. I have the PVR100 which is fine for recording freeview.
