A&L have been putting inaccurate information on my credit report, it has now taken my credit score down form good to VERY poor way below the national average!!
Everytime i try to ring them to discuss this i am asked for a customer ID and pasword. I have neither as I no longer bank with them as they are crooks.
What can i do, no one will speak to me without the above information. i owe them absolutely nothing, not a penny. The credit report states i ow zero but month by month they are logging me as 3 payements late??? and have done for the last 12 months.

Raise your query with experian, they should be able to contact A&L on your behalf?0

I can advise the same as above. My OH had a wrong address on his file (we never lived there, 3 mobile made a mistake when entering postcode fro a credit cheque and never corrected with Experian). He sent them a query and it was all sorted. Also, my date of birth on his file was wrong, but only in one or two entries.Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
