Bank claim company. Still around?

Wonder if anyone can help.
Went through a company called Bankclaim a couple of years who helped me reclaim a considerable amount of bank charges. They took % of payment for their services.
I submitted another claim which has been frozen because of these Court cases. I wrote to them over a week ago as I am suffering financial hardship but have heard nothing.
Does anyone know if this co is still around? What should I do now? Since my second application for claiming have built up another considerable amount of charges. What should I do about these?
Would appreciate any info.
