Hi,
My Mum wants a wireless optical mouse for her computer.
It is not a laptop. The "tower" is under the desk and the keyboard, monitor and mouse are on top of the desk.
I've seen lots which seem to be for laptops only. Can I get one for my Mum's setup? Any recommendations?

A laptop is no different to a desktop PC. Any USB device that works on a laptop will work on a desktop.
People have this illusion that laptops are somehow different.
Some will be small/compact and more suited to laptop's, but they'll still work on a desktop.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

When it arrives and you set it up, make sure you install the software that comes with it; Intellipoint. Your mum might well find it's a lot more sensitive than what she is used to, and through that program you can adjust it to whatever the preference is.0
