Still trying to back up by documents to a dvd 
Someone told me just to right click and then send to DVD drive but Im getting the above error.

Thanks, but Id already tried google before I posted here (I can assure you, google is pretty much my bible and most useful it has been for years) - no help as most of the results are for XP not VISTA or for a different situation.
It appears to be a fairly generic error code for an internal error - so I need to know its association with dvd burning.
Oh just noticed my other thread re dvd burning is still on the go so Ill transfer this query to the techis there.0
