Natwest query..

Ok we have various accounts and we have decided to use one of dh's for our holiday funds. It is in just his name..now i have been in a few times and deposited money and every time i get a different responce..some days they click it nt my card as i pay more then one account in and they ask me to pass it through..some days they just ask me to put it in the machine and away we go..and today after i had put he money in i was told i would not be able to use it again?? i said i was fed up of alwasy having a different responce and they should have a rule and stick to it AND i was paying money IN not asking to withdraw?
Should i say something to the manageress who i do speak to anyway and see what she says..its annoyed me tbh as not doing anything wrong am i paying money in?

You have his PIN number so if a fraud occurred on the account the bank would hold him *reliable for disclosing his PIN to a third party. When paying into account in future just hand over the card.

Alternatively, if you both have accounts at the bank, why not put the money into your own account and transfer it accross.
