i dont know if this is the right place for this but i wondered if any one can help me.I took out a loan in 2004 for £7,000 and in 2007 got into finicail trouble.my other creditors took lower payments but this bank took me to court and the loan ended up at £10,000 by the time it hit court.they made the unsecured loan into a secured loan and put a charge on my house.as long as i pay a £100.00 a month they will not look to reposess my house.but i have just found the original papers and it looks like they put in a ppi in the paper work, and i rember saying a ppi was know good for me as i was on income support at the time and was receiving sda and dla payments as i am disabled. Is it to late to try to make any kind of claim as it has been taken to court already.

    Hello there hun

So sorry to hear of this.

Its not too late to reclaim, you should definately try to reclaim on the PPI due to your reasons of being disabled, and if you were also disabled when taking out the policy as its unlikely you would have made a successful claim if you tried.

Here below is the link to templates and checklist/guidelines to reclaiming, write your own reasons, they have 8 weeks to respond.

Keep at them until you receive the final response, they should give details of the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) if eligible to go this direction if your not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint.

    Post by recorded delivery.
Please keep us posted, so we can help you through this step by step.
    Good luck.

    Good luck with this Anne.

If the bank has a compliants department then write to them or data dept, or the bank.;)
If you want to give the name of the bank I shall try to search this out for you, not unless you already have this of course.

Hope the outcome of this is a good one, and we look forward to hearing from you anytime.
