When i was young i was in to trains and spent far too much time at norwich station. When they tried to instigate something similar we found they sold platform tickets. Do they still do them?

    Omigod - yes of course!!

Annasbee why don't you tell the ticket guards that you are meeting a friend/relative and would like to be able to meet them straight off the train. Or tell them you're a trainspotter. Or you could just explain what you are actually there for - the shop - as long as you make sure the shop isn't within earshot.

They regularly allow people onto the platform for the first 2 reasons at stations I've used. Sometimes when I've gone to visit my parents they accompany onto the platform and wait for the train with me so they can get those extra minutes of together time in! (I don't see them very often).
Slowly working towards earning enough money (through various ventures) to live unworriedly, treat my family and sleep under a lovely roof. x

Praying at the church of MSE should be compulsory!

There are three types of people in the world, those who can add up and those who can't.

Option three seems the best bet - otherwise Ill be looking like Billy no mates when I come out without my friend or relative and my street cred wont allow me to claim to be a trainspotter and anyway, I dont have an anorak.
Ill just sit back now and wait for all the abuse from trainspotters shall I?

This is getting quite silly - I have obviously been blocked cos I cant tick any of the jobs - Ill wait to see what they mail me back - if they bother. Its odd, cos its not like ive messed a job up as Ive never done one yet.

  • Hi annasbee, did you complete the orientation for the job? Maybe that's why? Otherwise, I can't suggest anything else. Haven't done a job for Gap yet myself.
